Terms of Service

ApplyBOLD is a product of Mivaantech, a proprietorship based in India.

These terms apply when you use ApplyBOLD. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ApplyBOLD is an online tool for building and downloading a resume. You choose a template, enter your own information, and export the result as a document.

Your information is your responsibility

You are responsible for what you put in your resume and for making sure it is accurate. We do not verify your employment history, education, qualifications or any other claim you enter, and we are not responsible for the consequences of information that turns out to be inaccurate.

AI-generated content must be reviewed

Some features suggest rewritten text. These suggestions are drafts, not facts. You must read any suggestion before accepting it, and you remain responsible for the final content of your resume. Nothing is added to your resume unless you accept it. AI output can be wrong, awkward, or unsuitable for your situation, and we do not guarantee that it will improve your chances with any employer or hiring system.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create false or misleading documents.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Copy, scrape, or resell the templates or the service itself.
• Use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The ApplyBOLD name, the site, and the resume templates belong to Mivaantech. You keep ownership of the content you enter, and of the resume document you produce — you may use it freely for your own job search.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to host the service and to power optional AI features. Their availability is outside our control.

Payments

Where a paid feature is offered, the price is shown before you pay and applies to that purchase only. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep ApplyBOLD available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of issues with providers we depend on. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Limitation of liability

ApplyBOLD is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, lost employment, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw access where the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that threatens its availability for others.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Where a change is significant, we will update this page. Continuing to use ApplyBOLD after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
