Refund & Cancellation Policy

ApplyBOLD is a product of Mivaantech, a proprietorship based in India.

ApplyBOLD is a digital service: it generates a resume document you download and keep. Because the document is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Before you pay

You can build your resume, choose a template, switch templates and see a full preview before paying anything. We encourage you to use that preview to check you are happy with the result first.

When we will look into a refund

A genuine technical or payment problem is different from changing your mind, and we will look into it. Please contact us if:

• Your payment succeeded but the purchase or download was not made available to you.
• You were charged twice, or charged in error.
• Something went wrong with the transaction that you believe is a genuine fault.

Write to applybold.info@gmail.com with the details of the payment and what went wrong, and we will review it and respond.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and no recurring payment, so there is nothing to cancel. A purchase is a single one-time payment.
